Criminal Background Searches
County Criminal Records   Image Recommended on all applicants. A 5, 7, or 10 year search of criminal records can be conducted. All research is conducted by MIS employees who obtain information on your applicant by going directly to the source.
Statewide Criminal Records   Image Directly accesses the State's criminal records repository covering every County in the State. Searches will normally provide felony and misdemeanor information going back at least 7 years. Information varies by state.
Federal Criminal Records   Image Directly accesses the Federal District Court repository to identify criminal convictions on federal charges.
Nationwide Criminal Database   Image Instant database search consisting of millions of records covering all 50 States. Data contained in this search can come from statewide repositories, local county information, department of corrections, sex offender registries and Administration of Courts records.
Nationwide Sex Offender   Image A simultaneous search of 49 state's sex offender registries. Information varies by state.

Drug Screening   Image 5 and 10 panel drug screening available at over 1500 patient service centers throughout the United States. Paperless, electronic drug screening is available with negative screening results in less than 20 minutes.
Registered Sex Offender   Image The Nationwide Sex Offender Registry includes sex-offender records provided by each state. Reports contain information on sex offenders from 50 states plus the District of Columbia. The offense levels listed will vary by state.
OIG & GSA   Image Searches US Dept. of Health and Human Services and the Office of Inspector General's database for individuals and businesses excluded or sanctioned from participating in Medicare, Medicaid, or other Federally funded programs.
